MAIN FRAME

- Unit will be completely stripped,
cleaned and sand blasted.
Inspected for cracks and repaired
to meet CWB specifications.
- All pin bores will be line bored
to meet O.E.M. specifications.
- All fenders, hoods and covers
will be repaired as required.
- Hydraulic tanks will be cleaned
and serviced and wear plates on
outside of tank installed as
required.
Fuel tank cleaned and serviced

- Engine - completely rebuilt to
meet O.E.M. specifications,
dyno tested and a report
supplied to the customer.
Transmission - completely
rebuilt to meet O.E.M.
specifications.
Torque converter - completely

rebuilt to meet O.E.M.
specifications.
- Pumps - completely rebuilt
to meet O.E.M. specifications
or replaced.
- Valves - completely rebuilt

- Aeroquip Matchmate plus
hose and fittings.

All filters serviced and

To be completely rewired.
All gauges, switches, etc.,

All wiring to S.A.E. J1128
specifications 135°C,
enclosed in green PMA fire
retardant loom to Driftech
colour-coded dash.
All terminations to be crimped,
soldered, numbered, and
heat shrunk. Battery
cables to be enclosed in
green PMA loom and terminal
ends colour coded for
identification.
A ladder schematic will be
supplied in the dash and parts
books.
Starter, alternator will
be rebuilt to meet O.E.M.
specifications.
Batteries will be tested,
serviced and replaced if
necessary with Optima dry
type batteries.

Stripped and all upholstery,
glass, seats and controls,
where applicable, will be
repaired, or replaced with
new to meet O.E.M.

otherwise specified by
the customer
Repair or replace with new
air conditioner to meet O.E.M.

Unit will have an inspection
completed by the independent
engineering firm of T.A. Etches
Engineering to ensure quality
control is met with regards
to repairs and modifications
where applicable.
To confirm the quoted repairs
are met to requirements and
CWB standards, and to ensure
the unit is delivered as per
description on the purchase order.
